I have released TruePreview 1.3.  This version includes no code changes, bug fixes, or enhancements.  It only provides compatibility with OS X 10.6.2/Mail 4.2.

Thank you all for your support and encouragement.  A special thanks to all of you who have made a donation to support the development of TruePreview (and some of the other Mail plugin ideas I have rattling around in my head).  I really appreciate it!
